Fixer Upper Right of Passage A FIXER UPPER RIGHT OF PASSAGE Any DIY renovator knows that removing the old, well used, poorly installed toilet is always the right of passage for the home owners…so…here we go! Emotional preparations take place for the the toilet removal right of passage. We tried to keep it level as we lifted so no dirty water spilled out…we failed. A toilet in the yard, Adam couldn’t resist We then continued on with demolishing the basement bathroom…. Again…NOT how you do insulation and vapor barrier Bathroom demo coming along The periscope…all that is left from our basement bathroom. …and with the garage insulation and unpacking in the house… More garage insulation happening today Dad and Adam putting up more plywood in the garage.
