A run down rancher get’s a much needed facelift from the Sitka team.  This 1970’s single storey home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Mission, BC.  Prior to the renovation it was with out a doubt one of the less desirable homes on the street with little curb appeal, large overgrown tress, and no ‘welcome home’ vibe.  This property did however, have a solid foundation to start from.

The major elements, structure, roof and foundation, were all in good condition.  The flow, fixtures, and finishes however, left a lot to be desired.  The goal of this project was to bring in more light, open up the spaces, freshen up the materials and fixtures and give the property some curb appeal.
