A FIXER UPPER RIGHT OF PASSAGE
Any DIY renovator knows that removing the old, well used, poorly installed toilet is always the right of passage for the home owners…so…here we go!
- Emotional preparations take place for the the toilet removal right of passage.
- We tried to keep it level as we lifted so no dirty water spilled out…we failed.

- Walking the toilet out of our house…its never coming back!
- A toilet in the yard, Adam couldn’t resist
We then continued on with demolishing the basement bathroom….
- Again…NOT how you do insulation and vapor barrier
- Bathroom demo coming along
- The periscope…all that is left from our basement bathroom.
…and with the garage insulation and unpacking in the house…
- More garage insulation happening today
- Dad and Adam putting up more plywood in the garage.
- I finally unpacked our clothes…yay for temporary organization. Not my best work but it will do for now!
